Macmillan is holding free HOPE programmes across Wales for anyone living with and beyond cancer to help them manage the emotional impact of their diagnosis.
The programme is designed to help people affected by cancer manage the day-to-day impact of their condition, learn proactive ways to take control of their health and wellbeing in a supportive environment and set positive goals for the future.
HOPE focuses on topics such as smarter goal setting, priorities and values, living positively with fears for the future, character strengths, physical activity, eating well, managing stress, coping with fatigue and finding things to be thankful for.
The programme usually runs for two days at a local venue to that area with a follow-up day held around 6 weeks later. Tea and coffee and a light lunch will be provided on each day.
Please find the dates of upcoming courses listed below. People wishing to attend the programme must register in advance.
